Recruitment

The Recruitment Process

From the moment you join Delta Sigma Pi, you’ll have access to events, conferences, and resources to build your professional skills, leadership abilities, management potential, and character. You’ll learn how to manage your time, how to plan a project or event, how to communicate effectively, and how to become a principled leader who makes a difference in the world. Beyond the skills that will prepare you for your career, you’ll also build friendships that will broaden your perspective and enrich your life for years to come.

Please carefully read our process below to understand how we recruit potential new members. We are open to all students who have a major in the Quinlan School of Business. Once group interviews conclude, the Brothers will come together to discuss and a vote will be held. You will then be notified in a few days on whether you have received a bid to pledge with Gamma Pi chapter or not. We wish you the best of luck!

Information Sessions

Throughout the semester, we hold five information sessions. Only one is required to attend. Once attended, you will be emailed a link to the application.

One-on-One Interviews

As the chapter looks over each individual application, you will be notified if you are moving on to the next stage. Here, you will meet one-on-one with a brother.

Meet The Chapter

As a chapter, we are so excited to meet each of you. This casual event allows us to get to know you beyond your professional side and as a person.
